HOW IT ALL WORKS
Welcome to our new wholesale account, all earrings sold on this site are handmade from polymer clay. We only use the highest quality findings such as stainless steel posts, hoops, hooks and silicon comfort backs. All jump rings we use are made from iron (nickel free) and should not tarnish.
To begin please fill out an application via our "Wholesale Application Tab' on our website, once this is done we will then assess your details and make contact via email. To be eligible you must hold an ABN (Australian Business Number) If you are eligible we will give you access to our private page and you can begin to shop!
At checkout you can request to use our branding "CLAY BY J", your wholesale earrings will come attached to CLAY BY J branded earring cards and a supply of business cards with care instructions for you to display. You can also choose to have no branding at all and your order of earrings will be attached to a blank card (no care instructions provided). A CLAY BY J sign can be provided upon request with no extra charge.
As all of our earrings are made by hand, you will find that each item may differ from the other. This can be from the texture on the earring to the colour of the clay. We will do our best to maintain a high quality of handmade earrings for you. Please refer to the 'About Tab' for care instruction's on your new handmade earrings, this information can be copied and used for your own branding, website or social media platform.
MINIMUM SPEND
We have a minimum spend of $150 per order, this does not include postage. We use Australia Post to ship your order, these are set prices for standard and express post, we will not charge extra if the parcel is larger or heavier.
CAN I USE CBJ IMAGES
Yes! As a stockist of CLAY BY J you are welcome to use all product images provided on our website, mail outs and instagram, please feel free to tag us if you use our brand name "CLAY By J". We recommend saving product images when you order and as you see them as we do not always keep the photography for extended periods of time.
RETURNS
Under the health and safety regulations we are unable to refund jewellery items. If you have received a faulty item, please make contact via the 'contact us' tab with a full description of how the item is faulty. We will also require photo evidence of the product. This will be case by case basis and we may refund or replace faulty items.
LOST ORDER
If you believe that your order is lost, please firstly make contact with Australia Post or local post office, we are not responsible for orders that have been lost. Secondly please make contact with us and will be happy to assist with tracking and trying to locate your order. We may not be able to give a refund for lost orders and again this will be a case by case basis. Please make sure you enter your address correctly to avoid lots items.

We understand that as a wholesale stockist, timely and efficient shipping is essential to your business. Therefore, we have developed a comprehensive shipping policy to help ensure that you receive your products quickly and hassle-free.
